Interior Management Group is a licensed California contractor specializing in office furniture installation, reconfiguration, architectural wall installation, warehousing, project management, and office relocation services for furniture dealerships, showrooms, and businesses across the San Francisco Bay Area. Our office and warehouse are located at 23285 Eichler Street, Hayward, California 94545.

Our website provides information about our services, our portfolio, and how to contact us. The website is informational only. Actual installation, project management, warehousing, and other services are provided under separate written agreements between IMG and the client.
The Website Does Not Create a Service Agreement
Using this website, requesting a quote, or sending us a message does not create a binding service agreement between you and IMG. A service agreement is formed only after we have discussed your project, you have accepted a written quote or proposal, and we have signed an agreement defining the scope, schedule, and pricing of the work. Any pricing, timeline, warranty, or commitment discussed on the website is subject to the terms of the actual agreement you enter into with us.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided through this website or by phone are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing and scope are confirmed only after we have reviewed project details, completed any necessary site assessment, and issued a written quote or proposal. Pricing depends on project size, complexity, schedule, site conditions, the products being installed, and other factors. Quotes may be subject to change if project scope changes, site conditions differ materially from what was represented, or other factors require adjustment.
Furniture Manufacturer Warranties
We install furniture from many major manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties on furniture products are provided by the respective manufacturers and are governed by the terms of those warranties. Our installation services do not extend, modify, or replace manufacturer warranties. Any warranty we provide on our installation workmanship is set forth in the separate written agreement for your project.
Site Access and Project Conditions
Successful installation depends on adequate site access, accurate measurements, and site readiness. When we perform work at your location, you are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, accurate information about the site, and any necessary building approvals, permits, or coordination with property managers. Specific responsibilities for each project are set forth in the written service agreement.
Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, your project, or our services. We may reach you by phone call, voicemail, email, or text message. Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages. If you receive text messages from us and would like to stop, reply STOP and we will stop sending them.
